King Brown Snake
Their colour pattern is a reddish brown though the colour varies from each individual from a pale brown to a deep olive colour. Their scales form a reticulated pattern. Their ventral areas are a nice cream colour. They are found throughout Australia with the exclusion of humid areas. They range from woodlands to monsoon forests and even deserts. They will shelter in anything from abandoned burrows to cracks in the soil and hollow logs. They are nocturnal and diurnal.
